ILGI Megastar Offset Discs
Megastar, the Heavy Duty Frame Offset Disc Harrow. Manufactured in various sizes from 18 to 36 discs without folding wings, and from 40 to 60 discs with folding wings.
Standard with 560mm discs, further options including 220mm Disc spaces, 660mm disc diameters and plain or notched type discs. These alternatives enable to farmers to choose the most suitable equipment for their own conditions. The disc direction angle can be opened to 22 degrees to achieve excellent soil working and depth.

Heavy Duty Bearings
Cast iron bearing casings with double 6215 ball bearings and 50x80x13 double seals inside.
Hydraulic Gang Adjustment
Adjustable angle for easy adjustment of working depth, overturn and hackling whilst working with the hydraulic system.
Robust Adjustable Scrapers
Steel chassis, standard disc concavity & sizes. Can be worked on all soil conditions due to its robust structure.
Adjustable Drawbar
Adjustable pull type hitch ensures safe transport on the road and solid pulling of the machine when working in the field.
Easy Front to Rear Levelling
Uniform front to rear soil penetration. Sprung rigger arm between shaft and drawbar provides even furrows and minimises both bearing and disc wear.
Robust & Durable Frame
Frame is composed from strong 100x200x6mm steel section. Its strong structure is designed to deal with the hardest of soil conditions.
Strong Steel Shaft
40mm diameter high carbon steel shaft pin with adjustable torque.
Steel Spacers
Steel spacers that are highly resistant to breaking and shock.
