The Aragon RR Track Renovator is a speciality designed take on a Speed Disc, built to give you the most effective way to renovate tracks. The trailing 28-disc tiller features adjustable edge discs for eliminating ridges and lateral gang adjustment to maximise disc efficiency. Tried and tested, the disc configuration allows for a smooth and clean finish of wheels tracks etc. Machine folds to make transportation easier.

A simple gang reconfiguration and spacing allows the standard traditional ILGI Aragon to be transformed into the Aragon Rapid Renovator. Designed by Oz Ag, the Aragon RR cultivates the traffic tracks on 2.1 and 3 meter centres, giving a solid finish.
The Renovator Advantage
2 rows of discs plus a roller results in a 3-stage operation to achieve more in fewer passes.
Stage 1 – Front Discs
3 discs either side of each wheel track cut and move bulged soil into the hollow of the wheel track.
Stage 2 – Rear Discs
The rear discs level the soil and throw outwards to prevent large humps in between tracks.
Stage 3 – Roller
Sets depths and packs down wheel track for an even finish. Helps to break down clods and provide a good even surface for tractors and boomsprays to drive over.
Allows the machine to work without interference from the tractor. Drawbar helps to isolate tractor and machine so that the paddock doesn’t become wavy and tracks are repaired consistently.
Drawbar pull with rear roller allows the machine to follow the paddock level regardless of how bad the wheel tracks are. Depth is independent of tractor ride, a huge advantage over any linkage mount machines currently on the market which gives a more consistent depth over a longer period.

ROLLER RUBBER SUSPENSION SYSTEM
Fitted on 4m models and above. The rubber suspension system acts to reduce forces acting through the frame especially in paddocks with rocks but still allows for good ground pressure to ensure that clods are broken down and a good seed bed prepared.
HYDRAULIC ADJUSTMENT & STOPS
All models feature a hydraulic ram fitted with a number of stops. This makes initial setup for your depth simple and consistent. Take the guess work out by adjusting your depth on the run and then once you reach your desired depth place stops in and have the knowledge that your depth will be consistent across your entire paddock.
5mm Thick Discs
Tough 510mm x 5mm thick discs are standard, with replacement discs available via Oz Ag Spare Parts.

REAR ROLLER OPTIONS
“The finishing difference”
Two types of Rollers are offered for the ILGI Aragon Disc Tillers.
Cage Roller (Standard) – Lighter and easier to handle, better performance in wet conditions and loamy sandy soils, this works by not only crushing clods with the pipes but also breaking clods thrown into and around the cage when working at speed.
Disc Roller (Option) – Heavier and better in hard to break down clay conditions or where a finer finish is required, the flanges on the disc roller help by reducing surface area that comes in contact with the clods and therefore increase the pressure providing a smooth and fine tilth.
